Lambert's Cafe, self-proclaimed as the "Only Home of Throwed Rolls," has humble beginnings. Established in 1942 by Earl and Agnes Lambert with only $1,500, the eatery started in Sikeston, Missouri. With a seating capacity for a mere 41 guests, it would have been hard to imagine then that Lambert's would grow into a nationally renowned.
